"The Shred Soles help with naturally aligning your body for riding which is a plus when you ride duck footed in a 22 width stance, it helps so that at the end of the day your knees hurt less and align for you on the slopes. I have noticed that when you wear your snowboard boots for a long period of the day, having these insoles make it so you aren't racing to take off your boots. You continue to be comfortable all day long."
